Forget it

Before you became the boss, a manager or whatever leadership role you occupy, you were human first.

So, can you forget your entitlement to being treated as a boss, a superior, instead of being treated as simply human?

By this, I mean being treated with the values every human should be accorded, irrespective of class, race or fragments of identity?
